• The Mother’s Day menu in casa di Gatti was sauteed salmon with a dill cream sauce. Turned out well. Not Alaskan salmon but good nonetheless. #
• Last night’s SNL with Betty White was the funniest episode I’ve seen in a few years. “Wizard of Ass!!!” #
• It feels more like Fall than Spring outside, so what the heck, I broke out the pumpkin spice coffee this morning. #

• Tonight I went to one carnival for dinner and another carnival for dessert. Fine dining it’s not, but sure is good. #

• Don’t forget to put out non-perishable food for your mailman to collect today. No he’s not hungry, the USPS is collecting for the needy. #
• Got up extra early this morning to get stuck with a needle. The weekend can only get better from here! #

Unless you’ve spent the past few days in a cave, you know that the City of New Orleans has basically been wiped out by the flooding that has followed Hurricane Katrina. I just added a llink to the American Red Cross to the homepage. Please use it to donate to the massive relief effort in New Orleans and the surrounding areas, including Mississippi and Alabama.
